What does the Store audit cost?
$4.98 for one, or $11.98 for three. Seller includes 1 a quarter, Pro 1 a month, Power 2 a month and Max 3 a month. The single-listing check below is free. An audit is used once it starts, even if eBay returns an error or the store has no listings.
What does the Store audit check?
Up to 100 active listings from your connected eBay account, one by one: title score, photo count, missing item specifics, days listed, Best Offer, and price compared with real sold prices from the last 90 days and current competing listings.
How are suggested prices worked out?
Only from real eBay sales: a listing needs at least 5 sales of matching items in the last 90 days. AeraSell suggests the median sold price, or a bit lower when fewer than half of matching listings sell. If there isn't enough sold data, the audit says so and suggests no price.
Does the audit change my listings?
No. It only reads. If you tap Apply all suggested prices and then approve, AeraSell changes those prices on eBay and nothing else.
What does it check?
Six things buyers and eBay care about: title and search words, description clarity, shipping and returns, compliance (words like “replica” that can get a listing pulled), pricing, and trust. Each gets a score out of 100, and the overall grade weights compliance and the title a bit higher.
Does it use AI?
The free audit is a rule-based checklist that runs on AeraSell's server. Your text isn't sent to an AI model.
What happens to what I paste?
It's checked and the report comes straight back to your screen. If you leave the email box empty, nothing is kept. If you add your email, your email, store link, score and the first 500 characters of the listing may be saved so AeraSell can follow up.
Does it work for eBay listings?
Yes. Paste any eBay listing as text — title and description — and you get a score and tips. It reads the words you paste.
Can I save my results?
Use “Copy report” to put the whole report on your clipboard, or copy a single suggested rewrite. Then paste it wherever you keep notes.
