These terms cover aerasell.com and the free listing audit.

What the audit is

The audit checks your listing text against a set of rules about titles, descriptions, shipping, returns, pricing and wording that eBay often flags. The score and tips are suggestions. They don't guarantee sales, search ranking or approval by eBay, and they aren't legal advice.

Your listings

You keep all rights to what you paste in. You're responsible for what you publish on eBay, including following eBay's own rules.

Fair use

Please don't use the audit to send spam, scrape the site, or overload it with automated requests. We may limit or block traffic that does.

Not affiliated

AeraSell isn't affiliated with or endorsed by eBay. The eBay name is used only to describe what the tool works with.

No warranty

The free audit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from relying on it.

Voice editing

Voice editing includes 300 voice edits each calendar month (UTC) with the Voice editing assistant or with Pro, Power and Max, up to 30 an hour. Unused monthly edits don't carry over. A voice edit top-up adds 500 edits for $9.98; top-up edits never expire and are used after your monthly edits. Top-ups need an active voice plan to use.

Items unlikely to sell

AeraSell won't publish items unlikely to sell within 90 days based on eBay sold data: at most 1 matching sale in the last 90 days while 20 or more matching listings are for sale. This check runs only when eBay sold data is available to AeraSell. A blocked item doesn't use a listing credit.

Store audit

A store audit reads up to 100 active listings from your connected eBay account and gives recommendations. It doesn't change anything on eBay. Suggested prices come only from real eBay sales of matching items in the last 90 days (at least 5), and are a recommendation, not a promise that an item will sell. If you approve "Apply all suggested prices", AeraSell changes only those prices on your listings. One-time audits never expire. Seller includes 1 audit each calendar quarter, Pro 1 a month, Power 2 a month and Max 3 a month; unused included audits don't carry over. An audit is used once it starts, even if eBay returns an error or the store has no listings.

Fix it for me

Fix it for me is a one-time purchase priced by the number of active listings in your connected eBay store (1-25 $9.98, 26-100 $14.98, 101-250 $24.98, 251-500 $39.98, 501-1,000 $59.98, 1,001-2,000 $89.98). One run covers up to 2,000 listings, newest first. Max includes 1 run a month for stores up to 500 listings; unused included runs don't carry over. Before you approve, AeraSell shows your projected score and how many changes it would make (counts only, not the specific edits). Nothing on eBay changes until you tap "Apply all changes"; the specific changes are listed once applying starts. The run is used once applying starts, even if eBay rejects some changes; rejected listings stay as they were. Titles and item specifics only use facts already in your listing. Prices change only where real eBay sold data exists. The projected score is an estimate from AeraSell's own scoring, not a promise of sales. Listings marked "Beyond fixing" are information only and are not changed or charged for.

Referrals

When someone you refer pays for AeraSell, you may earn free listing credits. Rewards are listing credits only, never cash, and have no cash value. Self-referrals don't count. Refunded or disputed payments remove the matching credits if they are unused. We may change or end the referral program at any time, and abuse voids any rewards.
